Position Summary
As a Staff Pharmacist at Sam’s Club, you’ll provide comprehensive patient care by accurately dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and offering guidance on healthcare and medication management.
What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to members, including accurate prescription fulfillment, immunization administration, and health counseling.

Lead by example in providing outstanding member service and guide associates on effective service strategies to resolve issues in accordance with company standards.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, state and federal laws, and pharmacy regulations by analyzing reports, conducting operational reviews, implementing safety and loss prevention measures, and directing action plans.

Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)

Active pharmacy license (by job start date)

Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, state pharmacy association)
