Staff Pharmacist (Hourly) – Sam’s Part-time

Position Summary
As a Staff Pharmacist at Sam’s Club, you’ll provide comprehensive patient care by accurately dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and offering guidance on healthcare and medication management.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to members, including accurate prescription fulfillment, immunization administration, and health counseling.

• Lead by example in providing outstanding member service and guide associates on effective service strategies to resolve issues in accordance with company standards.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, state and federal laws, and pharmacy regulations by analyzing reports, conducting operational reviews, implementing safety and loss prevention measures, and directing action plans.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

• Foster a culture of inclusivity by embracing diversity in people, experiences, and ideas—creating a supportive environment where all associates thrive.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)

• Active pharmacy license (by job start date)

• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, state pharmacy association)
