Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate monthly financial records

  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and support month-end and year-end close

  • Assist in preparing internal reports and financial statements

  • Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with cross-functional projects

  • Perform ad hoc operational tasks to support the accounting team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 2–5 years of general ledger accounting experience

  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Able to manage priorities independently and work well in a team setting
