Role Overview

We’re seeking a Finance Administrator to join our dynamic Finance team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting financial processes, reporting, and administrative functions, while gaining opportunities for professional growth through structured training and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new contracts and projects, ensuring accurate job files and approval routes

  • Match job setups with client Purchase Orders and manage client order records

  • Extract and analyse financial data to support decision-making

  • Prepare WIP and invoicing reports for Operations and Business Heads

  • Assist with billing and ensure compliance with EMCOR Group Accounting Policies

  • Provide finance-related support to both operational and non-financial teams

  • Help ensure contract financial reviews are conducted as per policy

About You (Person Specification)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • IFS software experience is desirable, but not essential

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and development
