Role Overview
We’re seeking a Finance Administrator to join our dynamic Finance team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting financial processes, reporting, and administrative functions, while gaining opportunities for professional growth through structured training and development.
Key Responsibilities

Set up new contracts and projects, ensuring accurate job files and approval routes

Match job setups with client Purchase Orders and manage client order records

Extract and analyse financial data to support decision-making

Prepare WIP and invoicing reports for Operations and Business Heads

Assist with billing and ensure compliance with EMCOR Group Accounting Policies

Provide finance-related support to both operational and non-financial teams

Help ensure contract financial reviews are conducted as per policy
About You (Person Specification)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

IFS software experience is desirable, but not essential

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and development
