Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

GA medical license (or eligibility)

BLS or ACLS certified

DEA registered (or eligible)

Medicare/Medicaid enrollment (or eligibility)

2+ years of outpatient experience preferred, not required
