About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Contract Support Administrator to join a collaborative and fast-paced team environment. In this key role, you will be instrumental in supporting the operational and financial activities across multiple contracts. This includes liaising with clients, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth administrative and logistical support.

You’ll be joining a well-established business where your efforts will contribute to maintaining exceptional service standards and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly and professionally respond to client calls and emails

  • Liaise with site teams and head office to process quotations and purchase orders

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to manage callouts and maintenance timelines

  • Raise and allocate work and purchase orders

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records and documentation

  • Support in managing reactive works and reporting using internal systems

  • Communicate employment changes and issue contact details

  • Identify innovations to improve contract performance

  • Provide general administrative support for daily contract operations

  • Regular travel to London required; infrequent local travel for training

Education & Training Requirements

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential)

  • A-Level or HNC qualifications (desirable)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in contract administration, finance support, or similar roles

  • Excellent Excel and system usage skills

  • Strong communication skills, able to liaise across various stakeholder levels

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • Effective time management and ability to multitask under pressure

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
