Are you an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong understanding of paid media and programmatic advertising? We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who’s ready to lead high-impact campaigns, optimise performance, and help shape results-driven marketing strategies for our clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes paid media and wants to work in a collaborative, data-focused team based in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-funnel paid media campaigns across:

Google Ads (Search & Display)
-
YouTube
-
DV360
-
Amazon DSP
-
Verizon DSP
-

Collaborate with internal creative teams to request and deliver timely digital assets
-
Write and test ad copy and suggest landing page improvements to drive performance (A/B testing)

Identify optimisation opportunities to improve ROI and achieve client KPIs
-
Use audience insights and big data to target the right users across programmatic platforms
-
Provide campaign performance insights and recommendations through meaningful analytics and reports
-
Guide creative strategy for ad assets and placements in collaboration with design teams
-
Track industry trends and innovations in digital media, sharing learnings with the wider team

Develop and maintain statistically sound test plans and report on learnings

Work cross-functionally with Media Planners and Account Managers to align strategy and performance

Continuously evaluate new tools and platforms to stay ahead of digital marketing trends

Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve performance roadblocks
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, DV360, YouTube, Amazon DSP, and other programmatic platforms

Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies

Excellent command of data analytics tools and a results-driven mindset

Proficiency in A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and conversion rate analysis

Collaborative, solution-oriented approach and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to write compelling ad copy and guide visual content based on campaign goals

Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
