Are you an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong understanding of paid media and programmatic advertising? We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who’s ready to lead high-impact campaigns, optimise performance, and help shape results-driven marketing strategies for our clients.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes paid media and wants to work in a collaborative, data-focused team based in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-funnel paid media campaigns across:

    • Google Ads (Search & Display)

    • YouTube

    • DV360

    • Amazon DSP

    • Verizon DSP

  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to request and deliver timely digital assets

  • Write and test ad copy and suggest landing page improvements to drive performance (A/B testing)

  • Identify optimisation opportunities to improve ROI and achieve client KPIs

  • Use audience insights and big data to target the right users across programmatic platforms

  • Provide campaign performance insights and recommendations through meaningful analytics and reports

  • Guide creative strategy for ad assets and placements in collaboration with design teams

  • Track industry trends and innovations in digital media, sharing learnings with the wider team

  • Develop and maintain statistically sound test plans and report on learnings

  • Work cross-functionally with Media Planners and Account Managers to align strategy and performance

  • Continuously evaluate new tools and platforms to stay ahead of digital marketing trends

  • Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve performance roadblocks

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, DV360, YouTube, Amazon DSP, and other programmatic platforms

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies

  • Excellent command of data analytics tools and a results-driven mindset

  • Proficiency in A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and conversion rate analysis

  • Collaborative, solution-oriented approach and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and guide visual content based on campaign goals

  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
