Are you a creative multitasker with a passion for digital marketing and a hands-on mindset? Join our dynamic team as a Digital Media & Brand Experience Executive, where you’ll shape how our brands — Fleet UK and WavMob — are seen, experienced, and remembered both online and in person.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and enjoys a balance of content creation, real-time vehicle operations, and campaign strategy.

 Key Responsibilities

Media Production & Vehicle Imaging

  • Capture and edit professional vehicle photography and video tours that meet brand quality standards

  • Upload media assets to websites and internal systems

  • Ensure consistency and high-quality visual output across all platforms

Vehicle Readiness & Operations

  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager to prioritise valeting and sold vehicle prep

  • Conduct final vehicle checks (cleanliness, spec, warning lights, readiness) using a detailed checklist

  • Manage vehicle ageing data, identifying units needing urgent remarketing

  • Travel regularly between Waterlooville and Buriton sites

  • Support enquiry journey optimisation and provide occasional office support, including answering sales calls

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and report on social media campaigns

  • Implement SEO best practices and Google Ads strategies to drive web traffic

  • Write and manage marketing copy: blogs, emails, web content, and promotional materials

  • Monitor competitor pricing in key categories (e.g. fleet, WAVs)

  • Improve consistency and quality of digital vehicle listings

Analytics & Website Management

  • Track and report weekly on performance using Google Analytics

  • Maintain content calendars and support campaign timelines

  • Update web content and UX features as needed

  • Support a seamless enquiry-to-conversion journey and enhance the online customer experience

  • Actively manage online reviews and customer feedback across platforms

Affiliate & Partnership Development

  • Develop affiliate relationships to boost brand exposure

  • Assist in planning wider marketing initiatives and events

 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, media production, or similar hybrid roles

  • Strong photography and video editing skills

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CMS platforms

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • A creative, self-starting mindset with an eye for visual detail

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying proactive and focused

 Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

  • Plus 2 Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
