The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious, confident, and commercially-minded Sales Account/Project Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role (2–3 days/week in-office) that blends sales, client relationship management, and project coordination across multimedia campaigns.
You’ll work in a dynamic environment alongside editorial, design, and content teams to build bespoke campaigns that inspire, inform, and engage target audiences.
Key Responsibilities

Pitch advertising and sponsorship opportunities to high-profile UK and international clients

Manage full campaign lifecycle: from client acquisition through to campaign delivery

Collaborate with editorial, design, and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution

Research niche topics and industries to identify strategic campaign opportunities

Liaise with industry thought leaders, influencers, and distribution partners

Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction

Secure sponsorship and media partnerships for maximum reach and ROI

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or commercial client-facing roles

Goal-oriented, competitive, and driven by success

Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills

Resilient and adaptable — able to handle pressure and fast-paced environments

Degree educated (preferred), or 3+ years of relevant professional experience

Fluent in English with strong analytical and commercial acumen
