The Role: Head of Brand Performance
We’re seeking a commercially driven and insight-led Head of Brand Performance to take ownership of brand health, customer insights, and measurement strategies across THG Ingenuity clients. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role requiring a strong grasp of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), customer analytics, and research methodologies.
As the voice of the customer, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making, optimise media performance, and ensure our clients’ brands remain consumer-centric and insight-powered.
Key Responsibilities

Own relationships and contracts with brand tracking, MMM, and insight partners across THG Ingenuity’s global client base.

Lead all Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) initiatives, partnering with top-tier vendors to derive marketing ROI and media optimisation insights.

Oversee development and implementation of brand health tracking and customer segmentation tools.

Combine qualitative and quantitative data to build holistic customer personas and uncover untapped market opportunities.

Act as the go-to expert for all things measurement, brand, customer insights, and audiences.

Deliver strategic insight reports that fuel client growth strategies and shape new business proposals.

Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, vertical directors) to bring insight-led thinking to pitches, campaigns, and product innovations.

Identify and integrate emerging data points to sharpen strategic recommendations.

Drive initiatives that bring THG brands closer to their customers—not just through data, but through human insight and storytelling.
Skills & Experience Required

8+ years in brand strategy, marketing performance, or customer insights—ideally in a digital, D2C, or data-rich environment.

Proven experience in MMM / econometrics and working with media attribution models.

Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Experience in commissioning and working with research & insight agencies, including methodological assessment.

Highly data literate — able to translate complexity into clear, actionable insight.

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and their role in brand growth and conversion.

Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong commercial acumen with a balance of creativity and analytical thinking.

Passion for consumer psychology, behavioural trends, and brand storytelling.
