Position Summary

As a Staff Pharmacist, you serve a pivotal role in delivering on our mission. You’ll not only support the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing operations but also lead your team with integrity and care. This position demands a balance of clinical acumen, operational oversight, and leadership to ensure exceptional service and health outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

Champion patient safety, regulatory compliance, and professional practice standards.
Ensure quality assurance, workflow efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
Manage inventory and control measures to ensure financial performance and loss prevention.
Oversee pharmacy support staff, including scheduling, performance development, and workload delegation.
Implement and manage patient care programs that drive positive health outcomes.
Demonstrate empathy and compassion, both in patient interactions and team leadership.
Inspire your team by aligning them around purpose and cultivating a culture of pride, collaboration, and enthusiasm.
Actively seek and implement opportunities to improve operations, team engagement, and patient satisfaction.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in the state of employment.
Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
Possession of an Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
No pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience working in a high-volume, retail pharmacy environment.

Education Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

Compensation

Hourly Rate Range: $60.00 – $73.00
The actual rate depends on experience, education, location, and other role-specific factors. This position is also eligible for bonuses, commissions, or short-term incentive programs.
