Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide key administrative and database support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and confident using Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, Power BI, and PowerApps.

This is a remote, flexible role perfect for someone passionate about faith-based healthcare, charity work, and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

 Database Support

  • Maintain and update WholeCare’s internal database.

  • Support data users and ensure guidance resources remain current.

  • Generate reports via Power BI for internal and external stakeholders.

 General Administration

  • Respond to email and phone enquiries.

  • Schedule and support meetings; take minutes.

  • Prepare reports, agendas, and communication materials.

  • Assist with fundraising admin and grant documentation.

  • Maintain donor records and support communications.

 Digital Engagement

  • Update website content and social media (WordPress knowledge desirable).

  • Collaborate on campaigns to support Chaplaincy awareness and fundraising.

Person Specification

 Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Ability to handle sensitive data discreetly

  • Self-driven with good time management

 Desirable Experience

  • Experience in a charity or healthcare setting

  • Familiarity with PowerApps, Power BI, and WordPress

  • Knowledge of healthcare Chaplaincy and primary care services

Additional Details

  •  This is a remote position. Candidates must have a secure computer setup.

  •  8 hours per week (flexible)

  •  Fixed-term contract: 12 months

  •  £15.00 per hour
