Company Overview
Since 2005, Perlman Clinic has been dedicated to delivering high-quality primary care in San Diego. Our team of primary and urgent care providers comes from diverse specialties, including Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Preventive Medicine.
We don’t aim to be a “tech” company — because that’s not our focus. Instead, we want you, our patient, to experience the warmth and comfort reminiscent of traditional doctor visits. Our goal is to be your trusted medical home, offering exceptional care in a welcoming environment that thoughtfully incorporates technology.
At Perlman Clinic, our primary care providers are not pressured by patient quotas or productivity targets. Their compensation is not based on efficiency metrics. Instead, providers are empowered to spend the time necessary with each patient to ensure thorough, personalized, and quality care.
About the Job
Perlman Clinic is seeking full-time and/or part-time Gastroenterologists to join our dedicated team! We are looking for professionals who are committed to clinical excellence in outpatient gastroenterology and eager to work alongside like-minded colleagues.
Here’s what sets us apart:
-
Since our establishment in 2005, Perlman Clinic has operated independently, unaffiliated with larger healthcare institutions. This independence gives us the flexibility to accommodate provider preferences, including patient scheduling and other needs.
-
Our providers typically manage fewer patients per day compared to industry norms, allowing more time to build meaningful, long-term patient relationships.
-
Beyond treating medical conditions, we prioritize patient education, wellness promotion, and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.
-
Call responsibilities are minimal, and we offer competitive wages and benefits.
We invite Gastroenterologists to submit their resumes along with a cover letter. We are committed to creating an environment where you can deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Simply put, we want you to look forward to coming to work each day!
