Job Description

PINN, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking an Industrial Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our busy clinic in Vancouver, WA, which handles approximately 300 patient visits weekly. Our multidisciplinary team includes 2 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapy Assistants, 1 Occupational Therapist, and 3 part-time massage therapists.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Skilled in conducting specialized evaluations and delivering evidence-based treatments tailored to individual patient needs

• Experienced in designing Work Conditioning and Work Hardening programs aimed at accelerating patients’ return to work

• Strong interpersonal skills to connect effectively with patients and the clinical team

• Committed to delivering the highest quality care while upholding clinical excellence standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current or pending state license to practice
