About the Role

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives on bringing structure to complex projects? Wavenet is seeking a Portfolio Co-Ordinator to support the efficient management of our expanding product portfolio.

In this vital position, you’ll be the link between cross-functional teams—Product, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Marketing—ensuring clarity, consistency, and momentum across product development and lifecycle processes. While you won’t directly manage project delivery, your coordination will drive alignment, enhance documentation standards, and streamline portfolio operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product lifecycle activities across departments to support structured delivery using our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) process.

  • Track progress on key product initiatives, ensuring timely milestone completion.

  • Organise Product Board meetings: schedule sessions, create agendas, record minutes, and monitor actions.

  • Maintain SharePoint folders with up-to-date documentation including meeting notes, checklists, and process templates.

  • Ensure all product-related documentation (Fact Sheets, Service Descriptions, Operational Handbooks) aligns with branding and quality standards.

  • Manage and update the Sales Hub with current sales enablement materials and documentation.

  • Coordinate the “WTF” (Wavenet Training Framework) sales enablement training programme, including scheduling, logistics, and recordings.

  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance collaboration and delivery across the product portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proactive mindset and ability to streamline processes or solve challenges creatively.

  • Collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders while maintaining composure under pressure.

  • Basic understanding of IT, voice, and cybersecurity technologies (training and experience both valued).

  • Competency in document management systems such as SharePoint.

  • Awareness of customer journey mapping and its role in successful product delivery and retirement.
