Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, aligning financial goals with business strategy

Manage daily accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger

Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS (if applicable), and tax regulations

Improve financial systems, internal controls, and operational efficiency

Guide tax planning and regulatory compliance in coordination with auditors and consultants

Provide financial insights and risk analysis to support executive decision-making

Mentor and lead the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and growth
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA required; MBA is a plus)

8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
