Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong foundation in CRM systems, demand forecasting, and product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will thrive in Agile environments, demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management abilities, and excel in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, and data teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and define business and user requirements for new product features and enhancements.

  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and supporting functional documentation.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Azure DevOps or Jira, aligning priorities with business value.

  • Lead QA and testing efforts in coordination with offshore teams to ensure product quality.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide support during production rollouts.

  • Collaborate with UX teams on wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to ensure intuitive design.

  • Facilitate Design Thinking workshops to gather insights, understand user needs, and shape product features.

  • Support the Engagement Manager with stakeholder communications, status reporting, and scope management.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or business solutions roles.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in retail, banking, or automotive industries.

  • In-depth expertise in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.

  • Hands-on experience managing backlogs and sprints using Azure DevOps and Jira.

  • Strong background in demand forecasting, warehouse management, and customer analytics.

  • Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.

  • Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience working with UX teams on design, prototyping, and user experience improvements.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating predictive algorithms and building key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Background in software integration projects within the retail sector.

  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.

  • Familiarity with SAP and advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).


Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.

  • Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
