The Role
Vault Align leverages cutting-edge cloud computing technologies to tackle one of the most complex challenges faced by commercial life sciences organizations: effectively organizing field teams to educate the right doctors about therapies and ultimately connect patients with the care they need. We are seeking innovative, agile, and passionate Product Managers to help position Align as a global leader. You’ll join a small but rapidly growing team of dedicated professionals committed to delighting our customers and inspiring enthusiasm for the value we deliver.
What You’ll Do

Engage directly with customers and industry experts to gain a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.

Transform insights into a clear product vision and collaborate on defining and prioritizing the product roadmap.

Develop detailed technical specifications and partner closely with engineering and QA teams to deliver new features and enhancements.

Represent the product by communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to promote and validate our roadmap and vision.
Requirements

Proven success in enterprise software with 7+ years of experience building scalable, high-impact solutions.

Strong background in creating and defining complex data models.

Experience integrating software systems.

Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and data flows, anticipating the wider impact of system changes.

Skill in developing simple, elegant solutions for challenging business problems.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas clearly to business leaders, IT teams, and engineers.

A strong work ethic with a startup mindset—willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer success, which drives product success.

Curious and proactive, with a genuine desire to understand how things work and a habit of asking thoughtful questions.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Veeva Vault administration and customization.

Familiarity with life sciences commercial business structures and processes.

Experience in developing or implementing mapping software or map-based visualization tools.

Compensation
-
Base salary range: $120,000 – $200,000.
-
This range complies with local regulations and reflects potential base pay for the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and individual qualifications.
