What You’ll Do:

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical safety and regulatory compliance initiatives to enhance trust and safety on Snapchat.

Set clear goals and take ownership of key business metrics related to community safety and compliance, ensuring accountability and continuous progress.

Identify and evaluate new opportunities to improve safety features using data analysis, user research, and design thinking principles.

Lead end-to-end roadmap execution—from planning and design through development and launch—while creating thorough documentation and sharing insights across the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of product management experience in consumer or enterprise technology companies.

At least 2 years of domain expertise in trust & safety, anti-abuse, or regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and conducting descriptive and predictive analytics.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

A genuine passion for Snapchat and its mission.
