Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take on a key role as a product owner within an important product line. This role involves active collaboration within a cross-functional team to ensure accurate product configuration that meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in cross-functional teams to validate product configurations align with customer needs.

• Understand and apply product option architecture concepts.

• Lead the execution of customer-specific configurations for system shipments.

• Assist in planning new developmental materials for system shipments and field customers, including forecasting and managing unreleased materials to support shipments.

• Collaborate with product management to prioritize engineering projects focused on new product and feature development.

• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

• Lead initiatives aimed at improving product cost efficiency and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and terminology; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Science-related field is preferred.

• Fast learner with strong adaptability.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong ownership mindset, capable of independently driving projects to completion with decreasing supervision over time.

• Effective collaborator, comfortable working with engineers across disciplines, as well as product and program management teams.

• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not mandatory. Willingness and ability to learn new software workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering or technical discipline.

• Proficiency with MS Office products is required. Experience with SAP is desirable.
