About the Role
Unit21 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in shaping and advancing our mission to combat financial crime. In this role, you’ll own a product vertical and lead its roadmap, aligning strategic direction with company goals while collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive company-level business objectives by leading product lines and feature verticals.

Align product direction with company vision, leveraging customer feedback, feature request triage, and backlog management.

Identify and pursue new product opportunities that expand on Unit21’s mission.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance the feature planning and development lifecycle.

Establish consistent processes for gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and external users.

Oversee the product development cycle from discovery through to launch and iteration.

Cultivate a culture of metrics-driven product development that leads to meaningful automation and service improvements.

Report directly to the Head of Product.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Translate technical concepts, customer needs, and business goals into actionable product strategies.

Build highly scalable and reusable products for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Manage and prioritize a steady flow of work into clear, incremental releases.

Present product ideas and direction to leadership, providing clear rationale and context.

Use data and research to guide product decisions and evaluate success.
What We’re Looking For:

Highly organized with the ability to work closely with executive stakeholders and build strong customer relationships.

Comfortable engaging deeply with engineering, security, and customer-facing teams.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager at a tech company with under $2B in total funding.

Proven experience in managing large-scale software systems.

Expertise in developing product roadmaps from ideation to launch, including GTM strategies and leading 0-to-1 product development.

Track record of aligning product vision with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Ability to adapt strategy based on research, analytics, and market trends in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Bonus Points:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or prior experience as an engineer, analyst, product owner, or technical project manager.

Background in user experience-focused product development.

Industry experience in banking, fraud & risk, fintech, or data platform environments.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $180,000 – $210,000 annually (excludes variable compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or equity incentives)
