About the Role
Join a warm, close-knit pediatric therapy practice that places joy, family, and support at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you’ll deliver Occupational Therapy services across a variety of settings—including clinic, school, home, and community—giving you the flexibility and variety to tailor your own workweek.
Caseload Focus
You’ll assist children with diverse needs, including support in:
-
Self-care and daily routines
-
Handwriting and fine motor skill development
-
Gross motor skills, strength, and posture
-
Emotional regulation and transitions
-
Attention, memory, and concentration
-
Sensory processing and regulation
-
Coordination, confidence, and self-esteem
-
Social, play, and perceptual skills
-
Self-organization and executive functioning
Our clients represent a wide range of backgrounds, abilities, and communities—each child is embraced, supported, and celebrated for their unique self.
What Sets Us Apart
We’re not a typical clinic. As a small, family-owned practice, we believe children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and are enjoying themselves. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists in a creative, team-oriented environment. Whether working in the clinic or out in the community, you’ll always have a supportive team that values both your wellbeing and professional development just as much as the children we serve.
