Pharmacist – Ambulatory Care | Job Overview:
Rx relief is currently hiring an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist to join a clinic team in the East Los Angeles, CA area. Candidates must hold a valid, active, and unrestricted California Pharmacist license and be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and manage physician orders and patient medication profiles
Maintain pharmacy inventory
Counsel patients on medication use and safety
Provide education and consultation to both healthcare providers and patients

Qualifications:

Active California Pharmacist license required
Minimum of 1 year pharmacist experience preferred
Experience in diabetes management is a plus
Pharm.D. degree required
PGY1 or PGY2 residency preferred

Rx relief Hiring Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old
Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Health screening required
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
