Job Description
The Outpatient Oncology Clinical Pharmacist plays a key role on a multidisciplinary team, delivering direct patient care in an outpatient setting for oncology patients. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, acting as a drug information resource for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, participating in care planning with the healthcare team, and documenting all aspects of pharmaceutical care. The pharmacist will also oversee pharmacy technicians, manage workflow, and verify medication preparation and dispensing. Candidates must be capable of evaluating patient-specific data and tailoring pharmaceutical care based on individual needs.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), pharmacy residency, or advanced degree preferred

Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License required

Experience with IV admixture preparation and clean room compounding is strongly preferred

Prior oncology pharmacy experience highly desired

Familiarity with infusion procedures is a plus
