Project Overview:
We are seeking experienced professionals specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) within the Cybersecurity domain, with a strong focus on CyberArk and related technologies. The role involves managing and mitigating potential threats and risks escalated to our team from client sources. A key responsibility will be conducting thorough assessments of personnel access and locations as part of ongoing security and risk management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support across the IAM domain, ensuring alignment with client security requirements and risk management frameworks.

Conduct detailed assessments of access rights, verifying employee locations, and ensuring adherence to policies.

Develop and implement control policies and technical solutions to manage operational risk within IAM environments.

Participate in solution design activities to support secure access and policy enforcement, especially for cloud migrations involving platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.

Manage strong authentication frameworks and assess access data for anomalies or policy violations.

Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams to integrate CyberArk and other IAM technologies for robust access management.

Drive operational risk management and control initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable recommendations.

Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize IAM controls, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Experience working within a banking or financial services environment is highly preferred; however, candidates with enterprise-level experience in other industries are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in IAM, particularly with CyberArk; knowledge of SailPoint is considered an advantage.

Strong expertise in operational risk management and policy controls related to IAM.

Hands-on experience with cloud IAM integrations and migrations, specifically within GCP or Azure environments.

Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing IAM solutions that manage access and control policies effectively.

Deep understanding of authentication technologies and frameworks.

Proficiency in analyzing access data to identify potential risks or breaches.

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging technical and business audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus, but candidates with relevant enterprise experience will also be considered.
Interview Process:
