Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly progress billings, lien releases, and financial reports using Excel, Dynamics AX, and other tools.

Collaborate with project managers on billing, invoice preparation, and change order budgets.

Manage project documentation, insurance enrollment, and lien rights compliance.

Maintain organized billing records and support project closeout processes.

Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and sub-tier supplier coordination.

Conduct cost analysis, account reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.

Support external audits and compliance efforts.

Perform credit risk assessments and assist with customer onboarding.

Identify process improvements for billing and reporting.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of project accounting experience, preferably in construction

Strong Excel skills (LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting)

Experience with Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
