Salary:
Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end close, including journal entries and accruals

  • Prepare financial schedules and analyze P&L budget variances

  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

  • Generate financial reports for senior management and parent company

  • Collaborate with departments to provide financial analysis and support

  • Identify and implement process improvements

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting

  • Support internal and external audit preparation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing

  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus

  • Flexible to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines

  • Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills
