Salary:
Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage month-end close, including journal entries and accruals

Prepare financial schedules and analyze P&L budget variances

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

Generate financial reports for senior management and parent company

Collaborate with departments to provide financial analysis and support

Identify and implement process improvements

Assist in budgeting and forecasting

Support internal and external audit preparation
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
-
3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing

Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus

Flexible to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines
-
Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills
