Your role will be essential in delivering HR support to one or more manufacturing plants, with a focus on talent development, leadership growth, career pathways, mobility, and strategic workforce planning. You’ll also serve as the go-to HR partner for people managers, implementing global initiatives at the local level and influencing business strategy through people-focused solutions.


What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and align HR strategies with plant business goals. Provide insights into how people decisions impact supply chain and commercial outcomes.

  • Organizational Development: Own and execute the organizational work-processes. Translate strategy into actionable plans, monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust course as needed.

  • Culture & Engagement: Lead efforts to foster a high-performance culture. Support leaders in embodying core values and driving employee engagement. Champion continuous learning and plant-level development programs.

  • Cultural Transformation: Design and implement a culture roadmap in partnership with plant leadership. Address top cultural challenges and develop initiatives that support a more connected and performance-driven environment.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to shape workforce strategies and align HR practices with business objectives. Keep People Services informed on local legal and regulatory changes.

  • Capability Building: Develop organizational capability around cultural transformation and engagement. Support plant change management and people processes during transformation efforts.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Broad generalist HR experience with exposure to a variety of employee groups and seniority levels.

  • Proven success working with unionized workforces, frontline teams, and senior leaders to implement change.

  • Strong track record as a trusted HR advisor who can inspire, influence, and drive results.

  • Experience leading cultural transformation and cultivating a high-performance work environment.

  • A forward-thinking mindset, strong business acumen, and a focus on aligning people strategies with performance.

  • Strong interpersonal and planning skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes.

  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning market trends and applying them internally.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience.

  • Experience in organization design, effectiveness, and leading change initiatives.

  • Background in leadership development and talent strategy implementation.

  • Previous experience in a CPG or manufacturing environment highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

  • Comfortable with a hands-on approach and regular engagement with hourly and salaried staff.


Additional Information:

  • Relocation: Domestic relocation support is available for this position.

  • Compensation: Base salary ranges from $106,300 to $146,200 depending on experience, education, and other factors. Eligible for a competitive performance-based bonus plan.
