  • US Payroll for Odoo: Developed by Hibou, this solution supports all federal tax withholdings as well as state-specific withholdings for Virginia, Ohio, Missouri, and Florida.

  • Payroll Timesheet Add-On: This module automatically collects approved timesheet attendances and generates a worked day entry reflecting actual days and hours worked. It also adds a ‘Paid Hourly’ field under ‘Wage’ on employee contracts, which can be used in Payroll Salary Rules.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing timelines and ensuring all deliverables are met.

  • Collaborate and negotiate with development and other specialized teams to fulfill specific project needs.

  • Provide functional support, deliver customized training, and assist with frontline support.

  • Support the sales team during both pre-sales and post-sales phases.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expert ability to analyze and simplify business needs and processes into actionable solutions.

  • Proven expertise implementing diverse business models within the Odoo ERP ecosystem.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient with standard office tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, email).

  • Advanced skills in troubleshooting common technical issues related to online business software.

  • Highly capable of independent problem-solving through research, testing, and recommending next steps.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Accounting is a plus.

  • Experience with eCommerce management and platforms is advantageous.

Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience in business operations management, with detailed knowledge of past projects.

  • More than 5 years implementing and managing ERP software solutions, ideally in a client-facing role, with a track record of recent successful implementations.
