About the Role

This full-time, hands-on leadership role is designed to build your experience in store management. Through online learning, in-person training, and mentorship, you’ll gain skills in:

  • Leading a Successful Business: Manage operations of a multi-million-dollar store using strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.

  • Building Great Teams: Inspire and develop your team, helping each member reach their personal best.

  • Creating Community: Serve as a brand ambassador and build a welcoming space for customers and team members alike.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of retail/customer service management, OR 4+ years of U.S. military service

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • A high school diploma or GED

  • Sales-focused mindset and entrepreneurial spiritual
