Job Summary:
Banana Tree is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Waiting Staff to join our vibrant Front of House team. As a key point of contact for our guests, you will deliver outstanding service while guiding diners through a rich and exciting Southeast Asian menu. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a welcoming and professional manner.

Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely service.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.

Manage payments and ensure accuracy in billing and handling customer queries.

Stay knowledgeable about the food and drink menu, including allergens and dietary information.

Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant as required.
Requirements:
Essential:

Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for customer service and hospitality.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
Desirable:

Previous experience in a Front of House or hospitality role.

Knowledge of Southeast Asian cuisine and drinks.

Ability to use POS systems.
