Role Overview
We are seeking a Student Accommodation Assistant to join our customer service team in London. You will be the first point of contact for international students, ensuring a smooth accommodation experience from inquiry to move-in. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about education, housing, and client services within a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone and online platforms.

Maintain a courteous, patient, and helpful attitude in all client interactions.

Handle day-to-day accommodation requests and resolve tenant issues efficiently.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage ongoing client relationships.

Maintain timely, organized, and accurate customer records.

Work closely with the Tenancy, Lettings, and Property Management teams.

Offer accurate information and tailored suggestions to customers.

Assist with administrative tasks and help improve customer service processes.
About You
Essential:

Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).

At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience working with international students.

Administrative experience.

Knowledge of the UK rental/property market and tenancy regulations.

Familiarity with accommodation or property management systems.
