Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Education Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the planning, delivery, and development of educational programmes for urologists across the UK. Reporting to the Head of Education, you’ll support strategic education objectives while improving the member learning experience through innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and strategic support to the Head of Education

Coordinate virtual courses, education prizes, fellowships, bursaries, awards, and CPD credits

Liaise with BAUS Educational Leads and Section representatives to support their education delivery

Act as a bridge between the Education and Events teams to ensure seamless programme execution

Lead and manage small, time-limited educational projects with clear objectives and outcomes

Monitor and report on progress against educational objectives and compliance requirements

Support the adoption of digital tools and AI technologies to enhance processes and outcomes

Contribute to the enhancement of lifelong learning and continuing professional development across the BAUS membership
Person Specification
Essential Experience & Skills:
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in programme coordination within education or learning and development

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Competence in stakeholder management, working collaboratively with internal and external teams
-
Confident using technology to enhance service delivery and drive innovation
