An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced student recruitment professional to support postgraduate recruitment at one of the UK’s largest and most forward-thinking universities. This fixed-term role is ideal for someone passionate about higher education, with a flair for digital communications, event delivery, and cross-departmental collaboration.

About the Role

As Student Recruitment Officer (Postgraduate), you will lead on the design and delivery of multi-channel recruitment and conversion strategies, ensuring prospective postgraduate students receive clear, engaging, and targeted information that supports their decision-making journey.

You will:

  • Create and manage personalised digital communication campaigns using CRM systems and data segmentation

  • Plan and deliver a portfolio of on-campus, off-campus, and virtual postgraduate events

  • Analyse campaign performance and user engagement to optimise future activity

  • Work collaboratively with academic departments and central services to ensure a cohesive student recruitment experience

  • Support prospective postgraduate students with information, advice, and guidance (IAG) across key stages of the recruitment cycle

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in higher education marketing and recruitment, ideally in a postgraduate context

  • Skilled in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools to drive personalised communications

  • A confident event planner and project manager who can lead cross-functional delivery

  • Analytical, with the ability to measure engagement and effectiveness, and propose improvements

  • A great communicator, capable of delivering IAG through multiple channels and to diverse audiences

  • Adept at working in collaborative environments, navigating institutional boundaries to ensure student success
