UCFB is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Course and Student Data Administrator to join our dynamic Student Administration Department. Based at our iconic campuses in Wembley Stadium or Etihad Stadium, this role plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality administrative services that underpin student success and the smooth delivery of academic programmes.

About the Role

As a key member of the Student Administration team, you will support the day-to-day coordination of course and student data operations, providing front-line support to students, academic staff, and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for student enquiries, offering information, advice, and guidance in a professional and student-focused manner

  • Maintaining accurate and timely course and student records in line with institutional and regulatory requirements

  • Liaising with academic teams and validating partners to ensure data integrity and compliance

  • Supporting strategic projects aimed at improving administrative systems and student services

  • Contributing to the overall efficiency and responsiveness of the Student Administration Department

Key Skills & Experience Required

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or student support role, ideally within a higher education or academic registry environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in student-facing roles

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities with high attention to detail

  • Experience handling sensitive, confidential information and working in a professional, diplomatic manner

  • Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with external stakeholders

  • A proactive attitude toward improving processes and contributing to departmental goals
