About the Role
At Alphalete Marketing, we’re committed to innovation and excellence in everything we do. As a member of our promotional marketing team, Sales and Marketing Associates play a key role in generating leads and engaging with potential customers. Our work covers promotional events, brand representation, and direct marketing strategies designed to expand our clients’ reach and drive new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with potential customers in face-to-face interactions to promote current offers

Deliver exceptional customer service to existing clients

Represent client brands through strategic and hands-on marketing campaigns

Build relationships with consumers and ensure a high-quality customer experience

Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is a plus (recent grads encouraged to apply)
