About the Role

You’ll be responsible for driving performance, fostering team engagement, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll support warehouse colleagues, ensure smooth daily operations, and contribute to the ongoing success of our new and expanding UK logistics hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team while promoting ID Logistics’ values

  • Deliver regular shift briefs and effective team communication

  • Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews with team members

  • Organise and allocate workloads efficiently to meet service targets

  • Manage people-related processes including payroll and attendance

  • Monitor and maintain stock accuracy and sortation quality

  • Support and champion a safe working environment through regular H&S checks

  • Drive KPI performance while keeping customer satisfaction at the core

  • Identify areas for continuous improvement within warehouse operations

  • Collaborate with site leadership and wider operational teams

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a team leadership or supervisory role

  • Background in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations

  • A strong “people-first” leadership style with coaching abilities

  • Enthusiasm for fast-paced, performance-driven environments

  • Willingness to work towards (or currently hold) a Level 3 Leadership qualification

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Adaptability and readiness to support change and new initiatives

Available Shift Patterns

  • Option 1: 5 out of 7 days per week (including weekends), working either:

    • Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    • Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Option 2: 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern

 Location: Northampton (On-site only)
