The Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead account growth and new business development throughout the UK. This role is ideal for a driven, strategic professional with a deep understanding of industrial equipment, especially loading bay and dock solutions. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, managing key accounts, and introducing our extended product portfolio from Nani.de to new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage key accounts across logistics, manufacturing, and retail sectors

  • Drive new business opportunities—targeting industrial and commercial sites

  • Promote our expanded product line, including new innovations from Nani.de

  • Build strong relationships with facilities managers, OEMs, and contractors

  • Represent EurosealUK at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events

  • Work cross-functionally with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery

  • Maintain CRM records and produce monthly sales reports and forecasts

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Based within 50 miles of Gloucester

  • Proven success in B2B sales and key account management

  • Experience within the loading bay, industrial doors, or related sectors

  • Confident communicator—able to build trust with engineers, FM teams & procurement

  • Self-motivated, results-focused, and proactive in sales strategy execution

  • Knowledge of technical/solution-based sales processes

  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed

Desirable:

  • Experience launching new products or managing growth post-acquisition
