About the Role

Are you a recent graduate or graduate-calibre professional looking for a rewarding and varied career in property law, finance, and administration? Join Neil Douglas, a respected and fast-growing residential block and estate management company based near Aylesbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive individual to gain hands-on experience in property management, legal compliance, and client finance. You’ll work closely with our Property Managers to support Residents Management Companies (RMCs), helping them manage finances, legal documentation, and day-to-day property administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise invoices and maintain accurate leaseholder accounts

  • Respond to account and payment queries from property owners

  • Support credit control processes and external debt recovery where needed

  • Prepare and manage leasehold/freehold legal packs for property sales

  • Handle post-completion ownership updates and compliance checks

  • Process supplier invoices and payments

  • Reconcile client bank accounts and maintain accurate records

  • Produce financial reports for clients and attend AGMs or client meetings to take minutes

  • Support legal and service charge issues, including company secretarial duties

  • Help improve operational efficiency through new software systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate or graduate-calibre candidate

  • Interest in property law, finance, or residential property management

  • Excellent attention to detail and numeracy

  • IT literate (MS Office; interest in developing new IT skills)

  • Organised, self-motivated, and collaborative

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Full UK driving licence and own transport

Experience in property management, conveyancing, or accounting is beneficial but not essential.
Support will be provided for gaining qualifications with The Property Institute (TPI).
