Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and compassionate manner

Book appointments and ensure all necessary medical information is recorded accurately

Complete administrative tasks assigned by nurses, doctors, and other staff

Advise patients on relevant charges and handle payments professionally

Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all data protection guidelines

Communicate effectively with the clinical team and patients

Help support the smooth daily operation of the practice
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a medical receptionist (1 year preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor

Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player

Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clinical booking systems (desirable)

Commitment to patient confidentiality and high standards of care

Able to reliably commute to or relocate near Stratford-upon-Avon (CV37 6HE) before starting work
