Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and compassionate manner

  • Book appointments and ensure all necessary medical information is recorded accurately

  • Complete administrative tasks assigned by nurses, doctors, and other staff

  • Advise patients on relevant charges and handle payments professionally

  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all data protection guidelines

  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team and patients

  • Help support the smooth daily operation of the practice

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist (1 year preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor

  • Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clinical booking systems (desirable)

  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and high standards of care

  • Able to reliably commute to or relocate near Stratford-upon-Avon (CV37 6HE) before starting work
