Are you organised, friendly, and passionate about helping others? Oak Street Medical Practice is looking for a Receptionist / Patient Care Advisor to join our dedicated front-line team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting patients and contributing to the smooth running of a busy GP practice.
Whether you’re looking for a part-time or full-time role, we offer flexible working hours between 16 to 37 hours per week in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and direct patients with professionalism and warmth

Serve as the first point of contact for all patients, ensuring a welcoming experience

Book and manage appointments accurately using our patient systems

Handle telephone and face-to-face queries with empathy and clarity

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and workflow

Support clinicians with smooth coordination of daily operations

Register new patients and explain practice procedures

Manage information requests and respond to patient concerns

Handle scanning, filing, summarising, and general administrative tasks
