The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician Apprentice to join our Service Desk team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for IT who is ready to take the first step into a technical support career.

As an apprentice, you will undertake a Level 3 IT Support Technician Apprenticeship while gaining real-world experience by supporting a range of clients across the UK. If you’re confident, friendly, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and service portal.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.

  • Assist with desktop and laptop setup and configuration.

  • Respond to support tickets, including password resets and user account requests.

  • Participate in telephony rollouts and infrastructure refreshes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and performance.

  • Work to agreed SLAs and contribute to first-time fix rates.

  • Support senior engineers with ongoing projects and service delivery.
