Are you friendly, helpful, and enjoy going the extra mile for customers? Morrisons is looking for enthusiastic Customer Assistants to join our Online Department team. If you enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role and want to be part of one of the UK’s largest supermarket chains, we’d love to hear from you.
As part of the Online team, you’ll be responsible for selecting and packing online orders with care and accuracy. You’ll work with technology to accept orders, locate products on the shop floor, and prepare items for customer collection or delivery. You’ll also have the opportunity to support other departments including replenishment and customer service.
What You’ll Do

Accurately pick and pack online customer orders using handheld technology

Locate items efficiently and ensure correct packaging standards are followed

Assist in other departments where needed such as stock replenishment or checkouts

Maintain store standards, health and safety, and hygiene protocols

Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to all customers
