Key Responsibilities

Deliver first-line support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Maintain and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Monitor and support LAN connectivity and performance.

Accurately document support tickets, issues, and resolutions.

Assist in onboarding new users with IT setup and system access.

Collaborate with IT colleagues to optimize workflows and support efficiency.

Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in IT support.

Provide clear and friendly communication to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements
Essential:

Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role.

Proficient in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Knowledge of computer networking principles and connectivity troubleshooting.

Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Team-oriented with a collaborative work ethic.

Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Desirable:
