What You’ll Be Doing

Create unforgettable holiday, cruise, and UK break experiences by putting customers at the heart of everything you do

Use your product knowledge to inspire customers and colleagues

Take ownership of your targets and smash your sales goals

Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually to deliver flexible service

Handle customer issues confidently, investigating and resolving queries or complaints

Learn and adapt to TUI’s digital tools and systems to bring each holiday to life

Work a varied shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
