Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing defined revenue targets and business growth objectives.

New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through lead generation, prospecting, networking, and cold-calling to expand market share in air and sea freight services.

Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients through consistent communication, client visits, and exceptional service delivery.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments—including operations, customer service, and pricing—to align service capabilities with client requirements and ensure successful implementation of logistics solutions.

Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate service agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms that reflect client needs while maintaining company profitability.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within the transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.

Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

Solid understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and global logistics operations.

Experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or multimodal shipping is highly desirable.
