Position Overview:
Securitas is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Executive to help fuel business growth by developing and securing new client relationships within an assigned territory. In this role, you’ll take a strategic and consultative sales approach, identifying tailored solutions that meet each client’s specific security needs. Backed by Securitas’ trusted brand, cutting-edge services, and strong support infrastructure, you’ll have the tools to build long-term partnerships and drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities by selling security guarding services and integrated security solutions across your assigned region, covering Orlando through Lakeland to Melbourne, FL.

  • Client Engagement: Meet with prospective clients both in the field and at the Securitas branch office to present and position customized service offerings.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Drive the full sales process — from lead generation and relationship development to proposal creation and closing — with a focus on long-cycle business-to-business engagements.

  • Networking & Outreach: Attend relevant industry events, community activities, and networking functions to promote Securitas’ value proposition and identify new leads.

  • Resource Utilization: Leverage internal tools, sales support, and your personal network to propose competitive solutions and pricing strategies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams and leadership to ensure smooth service implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 4 years of recent outside sales experience, with a proven track record as a proactive “hunter” in B2B environments.

    • Established network of professional business relationships preferred.

  • Education:

    • A bachelor’s or advanced degree is strongly preferred.

    • Professional affiliations, memberships, or certifications are a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

    • Excellent time management, organizational, and negotiation abilities.

    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annually, plus uncapped commission with high earning potential

  • Vehicle Allowance: $800/month

  • Paid Time Off:

    • 10 vacation days (accrued)
