Job Description:
We are seeking a data-driven Product Manager to join our team and support our mission to deliver engaging, personalized experiences that foster ongoing user interaction and loyalty among our B2C members.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine a comprehensive growth and engagement strategy aimed at increasing product adoption, user retention, and overall satisfaction.

  • Leverage data analysis, user research, and experimentation to gain deep insights into user behavior and identify key drivers of engagement as well as pain points.

  • Establish, monitor, and analyze key engagement metrics to guide product decisions and evaluate the impact of engagement initiatives.

  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to enhance repeated user interactions and optimize long-term member engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Go-to-Market (GTM)—to prioritize and deliver high-impact engagement experiences.

  • Own and evolve a growth-focused product roadmap with a strong emphasis on driving engagement and continuous product improvement.

  • Ensure alignment and effective communication across stakeholders in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
