Your Impact 
As a Project Manager (P/C) at Jacobs, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale construction and rehabilitation projects from inception through completion. You’ll bring a minimum of eight years of construction experience across multiple phases, with at least four years serving as an Assistant Project Manager on high-value projects exceeding $10 million.

Your strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and job site operations will enable you to effectively manage project schedules, safety standards, quality assurance, and coordination with design teams. You will also be responsible for handling change orders, reviewing costs, and approving contractor payment applications—all while ensuring alignment with client needs and facility requirements.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience managing complex construction projects using established procedures and controls

  • Demonstrated ability to lead job sites in scheduling, safety, quality control, and design coordination

  • In-depth knowledge of construction documents, change order processes, and cost/payment review

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders and resolve critical project issues


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in construction management

  • At least 4 years as an Assistant Project Manager on major projects valued over $10 million

  • Familiarity with all aspects of project delivery, including design collaboration and site operations


Compensation:
Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000 annually
Actual compensation will be based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and education.
