The Role: E-Billing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-Billing Specialist to join our Adjusting International division. In this key support role, you’ll ensure the timely and accurate upload of invoices to client e-billing platforms while assisting with a range of billing and administrative tasks.

This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in our London office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for e-billing processes, including invoice submissions, appeals, and status updates.

  • Upload invoices to various client e-billing platforms and ensure compliance with vendor-specific requirements.

  • Review and correct billing data, leveraging internal systems such as eCase and CMA.

  • Monitor and respond to client communications via the dedicated e-billing email inbox.

  • Maintain and update Charles Taylor master account records on client platforms.

  • Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, including adjusters and the wider operations team.

  • Produce accurate and timely reports for key stakeholders across Adjusting International.

  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in billing or invoicing, ideally within a financial services or insurance environment.

  • Familiarity with e-billing platforms (highly advantageous).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.

  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
