SNI Companies has partnered with a reputable commercial contracting firm in the North Dallas area to find a qualified Project Manager. This role is critical to leading and executing commercial construction projects from start to finish—ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll oversee cross-functional teams, manage project financials using tools like Procore, and maintain strong client communications throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare project documentation including letters, reports, forms, and change orders.

  • Generate subcontracts and project work authorizations, including necessary riders and specification checks.

  • Maintain and distribute up-to-date subcontractor and contact lists.

  • Record, file, and manage owner and subcontractor change orders.

  • Coordinate and compile job closeout documentation for submission to owner representatives.

  • Prepare and issue purchase agreements aligned with project and specification requirements.

  • Ensure subcontractor compliance through document tracking and management.

  • Maintain accurate contract records, including contracts and change orders, ensuring timely updates in Procore.

  • Serve as a liaison among owners, architects, and subcontractors.

  • Report on project status and updates to senior project management.

  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.

  • Support site walk-throughs and coordinate local site visits as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project coordination or management role within commercial construction.

  • While a degree is preferred, significant experience paired with relevant certifications may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with construction concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • Proficient in Windows-based systems and related software applications.

  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms.

  • Willingness to visit and travel to local job sites as needed.
